Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud-based infrastructure including deployment, user administration, monitoring, network setup, backup, and incident management.
• Perform system administration activities in line with established policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and analyze root causes, implementing corrective actions during and after incidents.
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring systems.
• Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery, and security-related drills.

Requirements
