Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with internal teams such as Quality Assurance and Operations to resolve any product issues, address customer concerns, and maintain a smooth sales process.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about emerging trends, new products, and competitive offerings, sharing this knowledge with both the team and clients to stay ahead in the market.
Inventory Management & Consignment: Oversee product inventory levels and consignment stock at customer locations to ensure availability when needed and avoid stockouts.
Clinical Background with Sales Focus: You hold a degree or diploma in Nursing , Physiotherapy , Medical Technology , Life Sciences , Engineering , or a related field. You have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in the operating theatre or 2+ years in a clinical support or sales role within the medical device industry.
Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: As an individual contributor, you take ownership of your work and are highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets.
Clinical Expertise: You have a solid understanding of surgical procedures, device usage, and the clinical environment, which you leverage to confidently make product recommendations.
