Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in dispensing medications as prescribed by the doctors under the supervision of the Centre Manager.
• Ensure sufficient drugs are maintained at all times, and exchange or write off drugs with near expiry dates.
• Conduct a monthly inventory count in conjunction with the Finance department.
• Process patients' registration, arrange doctors' schedules, call patients to remind them of their appointments, perform cashiering duties, and maintain patient relations.
• Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders when stock balances reach reorder levels.
• Develop familiarity with available medications in clinics and related companies.
• Act as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing patients' reports.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Manager or his/her nominee.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Flexible 5.5-day working schedule.
