The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in BioMedical/Life Science or a related field, along with 3 years laboratory hands-on experience in NGS technologies. The Medical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, including NGS assays, and assisting in the analysis and interpretation of test results. 1. Perform Laboratory Testing:

• Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests from end-to-end genetic testing process.

2. Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS):

• Perform NGS library preparation, and sequencing.

• Contribute to the implementation of new methodologies or protocols.

3. Data Management and Reporting:

• Document and maintain accurate and complete records of all laboratory procedures and results.

Reporting to Senior Laboratory Supervisor, this position will perform laboratory testing and ad-hoc analyses of production samples of Alpha-Olefin Copolymers, namely TAFMER & EPR products, for the chemical plant.

• Perform daily shipment and non-routine analysis of in-process and finished products in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and safe work procedures
• Perform basic calibration for laboratory equipment to ensure that they are maintained in good working condition

Job Description:

• Perform routine laboratory tests and administrative tasks as required for quality control, process control and/or product development.
• Conduct basic calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
