Main Responsibilities
Flavour Preparation & Evaluation
- Prepare flavour samples as requested for customer briefs, application needs, technology performance assessment, QC standards, physical testing, etc.
- Act as the main point of contact to provide timely flavour samples for other labs and functions within Givaudan
- Maintain all required formula records and brief documentation in the company database software (Athena, Atlas, Lot Number records, etc.)
- Maintain organized and updated stock of raw materials in the Laboratory
- Maintain organized collection of flavours in the lab for immediate response to briefs and application requests
- Assist in applying flavours to food products when assigned
- Participate in the evaluation of flavours in food products and provide flavour performance feedback
- Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EH&S policies and good laboratory practices
Main Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant fields
- Minimum 1-5 years experience working in a laboratory setting/environment

- Responsible for regular inspection of all Medical Education capital equipment
- Responsible for setup, breakdown, maintenance, and disinfection of laboratory equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness across both in-house and off-site lab environments.

Education and Experience:
