What You’ll Be Doing

Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and guide families through the registration process with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage patient onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care coordination
  • Communicate clearly with families about payment policies and intake procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
  • Provide support to walk-in guests and ensure a welcoming environment

Supporting a Safe & Comfortable Therapy Environment

  • Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the center
  • Manage inventory and order supplies (pantry, stationery, therapy equipment)

Ensuring Accurate Billing & Timely Collections

  • Generate invoices and reconcile billing with therapy hours

What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related fields
  • Prior experience in healthcare or childcare is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with clinic management systems
  • Bonus: Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
