Leadership and Management
- Provide visionary leadership to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing personnel, ensuring the highest standards of clinical competence and professionalism.
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for nursing staff, and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their growth and success.

- Play a key role in the setup and operationalization of nursing services for the new hospital, including staffing plans, workflow design, and policy development.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and facility planners to ensure the integration of nursing units and infrastructure with clinical best practices and patient-centered care models.
- Establish systems and processes for inventory management, equipment procurement, and infection control to support safe and efficient nursing operations from the outset.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board and a post-basic qualification in the relevant nursing specialty.
- Singapore Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which 2 years must be in supervisorial position.
- Previous experience in nursing management or administration, preferably in a startup or expansion setting
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies
- Must have operating theatre experience
