We’re seeking a Clinical Lead (Sleep Health) to elevate the quality and consistency of our sleep therapy counselling services. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk CPAP cases
• Coach and mentor CPAP Counsellors to maintain high clinical standards
• Review and improve standard operating procedures for therapy counselling
• Contribute to resupply logic, patient adherence strategy, and partner education
• Represent clinical perspectives in partnerships and B2C campaigns

Responsible for translating narrative descriptions of diseases, injuries and procedures into codes, based on a pre-defined Casemix classification system.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Accurately abstract relevant data and translate the principal diagnosis, secondary diagnoses and surgery/procedures of all inpatient and day surgery discharges into ICD-10-AM codes from discharge summary/case notes/operation reports/histology reports in accordance with the national and hospital coding standards within the stipulated time frame for DRG and medi-claim coding

2. Interact closely with clinicians for clarifications/confirmation/feedback on documentation of principal diagnosis, secondary diagnosis and surgery/procedure/treatment if necessary that may affect coding accuracy and correct subvention

3. Keep abreast of latest coding standards and update coding knowledge/coding skills

4. Manage and track daily uncoded/coders workload report

5. Work closely with the supervisor so as to continuously improve the current work processes in Clinical Coding office


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Medical/Nursing/ Health Science or equivalent.
