• Participate in regular quality meetings with organizational leadership to evaluate metrics and identify and remove barriers to improving quality metrics across all lines of business.

Strong technical expertise in clinical database systems and statistical tools (R, SAS, SPSS or Minitab) is essential, along with proven ability in statistical programming and data interpretation. Experience in cardiovascular medicine is preferred.
