Healthcare Data Specialist

This role is instrumental in shaping our informatics team's strategy, focusing on data management, system configuration, and workflow optimization for Electronic Medical Records and related systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and update medication-related master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Test, document, and deploy content changes effectively.
  • Track change request status and project deliverables efficiently.
  • Provide functional support to users, addressing their queries and issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Promote system enhancements and updates, ensuring seamless user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior Epic Willow certification and clinical/informatics work experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Training for Epic certification will be provided where needed, with certification expected within three months of hire.
