About the Role
Our Clinic Patients Relations team is growing rapidly and we’re looking for energetic, customer‐oriented and detail‐oriented folks to join our energetic team. As a Clinic Receptionist you will manage all aspects of patient’s experience at the front (and back of) desk.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Be the first point of contact to patients
Manage appointments, payments and patient enquiries
Handle patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Undertake cashiering, invoicing and collection of payments
Clinic Operations
Opening and closing of clinic
Prepare instruments and treatment rooms
Ensure equipment are operationally‐ready
Maintain overall cleanliness of clinic
Administration
Update and maintain patient files and database
Undertake inventory and stock‐taking
Undertake administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for clinic operations
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability with other languages is an advantage.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and patients
Must be able to work on Saturdays
Must be willing to travel to all 4 clinic locations and HQ (when required)

Assist to register patients under the different category of private, Chas, Medisave or insurance patients
Assist the doctors in procedures like ECG, surgical procedures and health examination
Assist to pack medications according to what was dispensed and explain to patients how to take their medications
Assist to collect payment or submit claims for chas/medisave/insurance patients
Assist to perform swab test for patients with flu like symptoms (Will be trained on the Swab technique and procedures)
Assist to update Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP) and print out request form for sending of swab samples

Able to check and reply to emails promptly.

Secondary duties include aiding the clinics’ marketing/ advertising/ communication campaigns or projects
Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic
Requirements:-
Minimum GCE 'O' level
Wiling to travel to other clinic when required
Good in customer service and communication skills
Require basic computer skills
Able to work according to the clinic operating hours

As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art pain management facility. What you’ll be doing
Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection.
Assisting doctors and other healthcare professionals in patient examinations and procedures.
Verify patient’s insurance coverage, assisting with the application process for insurance claims.
Monitoring patient vital signs and providing ongoing observation and support.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting care, treatments, and any changes in condition.
Coordinating with the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‐stocked clinical environment.
Ensuring high‐quality customer service, managing phone calls, reply emails, and dealing with various supplies.
On call and hold clinic phone (alternate), reply the necessary questions.
Perform any other related nursing duties when required.
