We are looking for a skilled and committed HVAC (Aircon) Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of local experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems like single , multi split system, VRV system , AHU, Ventilation system etc . This role requires 24/7 standby availability for on-call duties, including the flexibility to work on Sundays, public holidays, or midnight shifts to address urgent client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with aircon units and related equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.

- Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Carry out your work assignments either independently or with a group of workmen locally and/or overseas

Co-ordinate the work activities of the team to ensure completion of tasks within given timeline
Completion of various daily job and closure reports
Prepare survey/inspection reports
Estimate labour and materials for a given RHVAC
