You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring High Net Worth clients, promoting a broad range of banking products and services, and building lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with a particular focus on the Indonesia market. This includes understanding regional client needs, navigating cultural nuances, and leveraging market-specific insights to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new-to-bank HNW clients, with a primary focus on sourcing individual customers with Priority Sign-Up potential.
- Promote a comprehensive suite of priority banking products, including unsecured credit cards and insurance solutions, to targeted customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (e.g., Client Advisors) and external partners such as property agents, brokers, and third-party sales agents to increase referral opportunities for Priority clients.
- Engage affluent and mass-market clients through various channels—including internal referrals, marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking functions, and roadshows—to support Priority Sign-Up efforts.
- Participate in off-office hours and weekend events as needed, including roadshows, campaigns, and networking sessions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings; conduct regular market updates and follow-ups with target customer groups to highlight product advantages and maintain competitive differentiation
Requirement:
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in banking sales or client acquisition, with a strong and proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels confidently and assertively.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of initiative and assertiveness.
- Diploma or Degree holder, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
