 Verzorgen van in- en externe rapportages;

 Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring;

- Well-versed in insurance principles and practices.
- Able to multi-task, work well in a team, and demonstrate conscientiousness, tact, customer-focus, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

 The role: 
 The role requires overall responsibility for a portfolio of captive (re)insurance companies and the provision of technical underwriting & claims support across the team. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director, Captive & Insurance Management Solutions, Asia Pacific. 
 Outline of Job description 
 Manage the day-to-day delivery of captive management services to his or her clients, and be the primary point of contact within WTW, in relation to all Underwriting and Claims queries on captives 
 Maintain an on-going relationship with the clients and gaining an understanding of the clients' business and industry 
 Assist in coordinating Board meetings, including the production and issuance of Board packs and minutes for same; presentation of information in a Board meeting environment 
 To liaise with brokers, insurers, reinsurers, loss adjustors, auditors (internal/external), Board / Committee members, lawyers and actuaries etc. to fulfil the above responsibilities 
 To report to the Directors / Committee(s) on all relevant Underwriting / Claim activities in accordance with the Underwriting and Claims protocol. 
 Review annual premium allocation models by country by client where required. 
 Prepare/review policy wordings pertaining to Underwriting and Claims issues, certificates endorsements, reinsurance agreements. 
 Responsible for ensuring that (re)insurance companies under management comply with the respective regulatory authority regulations and filing requirements. 
 Production of detailed Underwriting accounts, review of premium and claims information including compilation of claim statistics, assist in budgets / forecasts, reconcile bordereaux to cash payments, arrange for payment of claims and develop claims analysis for presentation to the client and/or other interested parties. 
 Assist the Client in premium collection due to the Client in relation to the Policies written on both direct and reinsurance basis and the payment of applicable reinsurance premiums ceded by the client to the reinsurers 
 Assist in adhoc projects / systems implementation 
 The Requirements: 
 Degree or Diploma in Insurance or related area 
 At least 6-8 years insurance experience or related industries 
 Knowledge of and experience with international insurance programs 
 Preferably can read and write Chinese 
 Strong Client Service and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing directly with clients 
 Professional outlook 
 Organised

 Ability to work independently and as a team
