- Perform site planning, coordination & inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and are met
- Ensure site operations progress smoothly and on schedule, comply to all authorities requirements and standards and specifications are properly implemented
- Assist PM/CM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program
- Maintain the proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow-up inspections from RE
- Coordinate the review of drawings, submission of proposal, query and design for consultant approval
- Update the progress of structural works in the Progress Reports
- Assist in commissioning including coordination structural engineering
- Assist in the implementation of project operations to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; 45001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, authorities' requirements
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PE Board of Singapore)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in local building construction industry involved in HDB/LTA projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality inplementation
Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
