Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Development Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for empowering and enriching lives through community services, focusing on providing holistic support to children, youths, families, and seniors.

  • Contact and Orient Volunteers
  • Conduct Training Sessions
  • Deploy and Schedule Volunteers
  • Maintain Communication with Volunteers
  • Plan Volunteer Retreats
  • Evaluate Programs and Services
  • Prepare Incident Reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage children and volunteers in educational and character-building activities
  • Design and execute curriculum and/or character-building lessons with volunteers
  • Plan and implement outings and learning activities to enhance the capacity and ability of children and volunteers
  • Conduct home visits to assess beneficiaries' family progress and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with school administrators
  • Follow up on irregular attendance with parents and ascertain program continuation
  • Maintain up-to-date records of beneficiaries and volunteers

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support in submitting financial assistance applications
  • Support programs under the Care Youth Department
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Care Family Services
