Job Title: Private Home Tutor and Childcare Provider

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to provide tuition services and childcare to a 2-3 year old child in our home.

The successful candidate will have a Degree or Diploma, with proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or similar roles is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to engage in age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities, foster the child's social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensure the child's daily routine is maintained.

Responsibilities include providing attentive care and supervision, planning and engaging in activities, and maintaining a healthy routine for the child.

A driving license would be an advantage, but not necessary.

• Perform daily residents' management.
• Monitor residents' safety and ensure clients adhere to home rules.
• To ensure that residents in the Specialised Pre-schoolers programme are safe and that their everyday needs are met.
• Engage in positive interaction with residents to build confidence and self-esteem.
• Ensure residents are kept active, entertained, and engaged in developmental activities.
• Monitor and report developmental or safety concerns.
• Serving meals and snacks and regulating rest periods.
• Sanitizing toys and play equipment; organizing/storing toys and materials to ensure order in the Pre-schoolers dormitories.
• Prepare schooling needs.
