Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to caseworkers. To co-work with caseworkers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards elimination of risk of child maltreatment.
To perform liaison work and information gathering with public/community agencies who consult on child protection issues or report on allegations.
To provide public education and outreach to increase awareness of child maltreatment.
To provide logistics and administrative support of programmes (e.g. group work).
Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients.
