- Perform daily residents' management.
- Monitor residents' safety and ensure clients adhere to home rules.
- To ensure that residents in the Specialised Pre-schoolers programme are safe and that their everyday needs are met.
- Engage in positive interaction with residents to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Ensure residents are kept active, entertained, and engaged in developmental activities.
