Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the company's growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Lead the strategic planning process, identifying market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze and evaluate business performance and market conditions to make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads in developing their own strategic plans and goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of strategic planners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in Strategic Analysis and Innovation, Strategic Management, Law and/or equivalent.
  • With at least 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities.
