Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Overall in charge of a big site with 20 to 30 security manpower.

2. Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements. Good in technology implementation like video analytics; body worn cameras, motion detector, vehicle management system, etc.

3. Job duties include manpower planning & deployment, leading the team, conduct daily briefing, answer emails from clients/helpdesk, prepare various management reports, fulfill KPI.

4. Possess valid security license, preferably with CSO or SSS. Prefer from the uniform group (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc). Retired uniform personnel are welcome.

5. Be the main contact point between security team and MA/Client; Work with clients closely and carry out instructions according to SOP.

6. Put up incident reports, compile daily weekly/monthly reports and various management reports. Good in computer skills.

7. Conduct OJT for new staff; guide and advise new staff and orientate him for the job. Conduct regular refresher courses on customer service, handling fire alarm, emergencies, Bomb threats, suspicious person & objects, etc.

8. Attend management meetings & prepare minutes; suggest improvement of services.

Job Description: Our organization is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security personnel at allocated sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong risk management background and excellent communication skills.

• Conduct risk assessment surveys of assigned locations to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate incidents submitted by security teams, prepare action plans to prevent future occurrences, and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Security Leader Opportunity

As a seasoned security professional, you will be responsible for managing distributed system changes with change management control and deployment. This includes reviewing and assessing risk associated with requested changes, making sound decisions on upstream and downstream impact of changes based upon understanding of the bank's environment.

Additionally, you will establish control processes and procedures to effectively manage change, drive automation initiatives to drive productivity, recommend improvements, remediation, and operational excellence using quality methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will also manage Operating System Patch management including evaluation, testing, and deployment.

• At least 8 years of IT experience in which over 5 years are in the domain of technical security testing preferably in a banking environment.
• Excellent infrastructure and web penetration testing skills.
• Ability to circumvent incident detection processes when conducting red team operations.
• Ability to build custom tools and exploits using one or more of the following Powershell python C++ or C#.
• Knowledge of the latest Cybersecurity tools and vulnerabilities.
• Experience in utilizing the Mitre ATT&CK framework would be an advantage.
• Reverse engineering and exploit development experience would be an advantage.
• Red teaming and purple teaming experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, Team Members, and property. You will serve as the point of contact for all security-related matters and work closely with Assistant Security Managers to implement policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include planning and organizing the Security Officer's roster and duties, managing access points, maintaining vigilance at pass counters, and monitoring CCTV coverage. Additionally, you will perform static lobby/convention centre coverage, roving security and safety clocking patrols, and enforcement tasks as assigned.

What the role is

As Assistant Chief Security Officer, you will assist to manage security-related issues pertaining to MFA's overseas missions.

What you will be working on

• Conduct Security Audits as well as provide risk and threat assessments

• Compile and track progress of audit reports

• Propose budget on security-related expenditure including overseas trips

• Assist with procurement / tenders of security-related goods/equipment/services

• Collate and update information on security standards and keep abreast of any technical development in the realm of security and be able to evaluate such technology when required

• Carry out investigations on security lapses

• Design and propose appropriate security upgrades to our overseas properties

• Provide security advisory to deal with specific situations to ensure personnel safety and protection of property

What we are looking for

• Singapore Citizen

• PLRD certification preferred

• Certification as Associate Protection Professional (APP) and Physical Security Professional (PSP) and affiliation as a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) preferred

• Relevant experience in the area of physical security and security systems

• Experience in procurement of services is preferred

• Strong administrative and writing skills preferred

• At least 5 years of experience working in a physical security or physical security-related agency
