Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and lead the legal strategy and governance across the organization, with a specialized focus on digital assets such as stablecoins, capital market services covering securities, CIS, derivatives and custodial services, and regulatory compliance under Recognized Market Operator (RMO) licenses.
- Draft and review policies, disclosures, and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and establish internal governance policies and legal programs.
- Lead all legal matters relating to the exchange, including negotiation of commercial agreements, product structuring, security token issuance and designing of exchange policies.
- Build scalable and effective legal processes for digital asset offerings, tokenization, custody, and trading platforms in alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:
- LL.B or Juris Doctor from a reputable institution; admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
- Min. 15 years of Post-Qualification Experience in legal roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within fintech or financial services, ideally having reached junior partner level of a reputable Singapore law firm.
- Proven expertise in financial services regulatory, capital markets, digital assets, corporate finance or investment fund-related work.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving regulatory environments and ability to be hands on finding robust and innovative legal solutions.
