We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our waste management processes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting the functions of incoming waste segregation, including bulk waste and loose waste as well as weighbridge. You will also be responsible for constantly monitoring and improving department performance by conducting periodic reviews of existing workflows and procedures, and making recommendations for improvements and executing the improvement plans.
In addition, you will supervise and ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of waste unloading, segregation and distribution, daily and regular inspection of plant processes and monitor the working area 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions. You will also ensure that incoming waste streams are properly checked for suitable treatment processes and current safe work procedures are suitable for handling by operation staff.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Process Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chemical process equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as strainer cleaning, filter/screen change, coolant/lubricant top up, and hose connection to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct checks, start-up, and shutdown operations on process equipment such as pumps and compressors in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions.
- Isolate piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade change, and troubleshooting operations to maintain safe and efficient processes.
- Adjust process parameters to optimize process operations under the supervision of senior staff members.
- Collect process samples from assigned sampling points in a safe and controlled manner.
- Perform in-process sample testing to ensure product quality in a laboratory environment.
- Commission and decommission process equipment as required.
- Perform emergency shutdown of process equipment in critical situations.
- Properly handle and blend non-conforming and off-spec products according to established procedures.
- Prepare plant equipment for maintenance and ensure all necessary lockout/tagout and tryout procedures have been performed.
- Mix and dilute chemicals for process operations as needed.
- Perform inter-tank transfers of chemicals and products based on established quality procedures.
- Participate in emergency response activities and drills to ensure preparedness.
- Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
- Review final product and process analytical results, as well as DCS conditions/trends.
- Understand and adhere to departmental Safety and Environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality programs.
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology.
- At least 3 years' working experience as a Process Technician in a chemical industry.

Your expertise as a chemical engineer will be utilized to supervise and manage various activities, including repacking, containment, ICW operations, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage repacking, containment, ICW operations, and maintenance activities
- Monitor the safe process flow and backlog levels of TIW waste
- Ensure staff are trained according to established training programs and follow safe work procedures and SOPs
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to maintain high service quality
- Track containment purchase budgets and promote recycling of used containment to reduce costs
- Perform daily inspections of operations, check plant 5S and TPM activities, and monitor safety, equipment, and machinery

- Review existing procedures and workflows to improve efficiency and throughput
