We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our process equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate process equipment to meet specified conditions.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with process equipment.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to improve production status and equipment performance.
- Patrol plant process, confirming equipment condition and reporting any disordered matters.
- Prepare patrol records and sampling for analysis.
- Report incidents, near misses, and deviations from plan.
- Participate in daily maintenance planning and activities.
- Provide support for maintenance and quality control groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering, and analytical procedures.
- Experience in chemical plant operations is advantageous.
- DCS system experience is beneficial.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for end-to-end planning operations, including production scheduling, demand forecasting, inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning
- Maintain detailed production schedules in SAP for big bags and bulk liquids
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory availability
- Work with site logistics to arrange containers and isotanks for plant loading
Demand Planning
- Review customer forecasts to develop accurate demand plans
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams for demand inputs
- Oversee full order-to-cash process: order entry, inventory check, logistics booking, delivery, and invoicing
Tolling Operations
- Coordinate schedules with tolling partners
- Track raw materials and monitor inventory movement
- Ensure timely delivery of tolling orders
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventories including external storage facilities
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand while avoiding overstock
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years' experience in demand forecasting, supply chain, or production planning
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (e.g., Excel)
- Familiar with IMDG Code, FTA / MCS
- APICS certification is a strong advantage
