Job Description:

You will be responsible for end-to-end planning operations, including production scheduling, demand forecasting, inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning

• Maintain detailed production schedules in SAP for big bags and bulk liquids
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory availability
• Work with site logistics to arrange containers and isotanks for plant loading

Demand Planning

• Review customer forecasts to develop accurate demand plans
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams for demand inputs
• Oversee full order-to-cash process: order entry, inventory check, logistics booking, delivery, and invoicing

Tolling Operations

• Coordinate schedules with tolling partners
• Track raw materials and monitor inventory movement
• Ensure timely delivery of tolling orders

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventories including external storage facilities
• Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand while avoiding overstock

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in demand forecasting, supply chain, or production planning
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (e.g., Excel)
• Familiar with IMDG Code, FTA / MCS
• APICS certification is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:
The QC Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory and ensure compliance to operating standards.

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw material, goods in process and finished products.
