As a Senior Executive, Volunteer Network, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Strategize and Develop Volunteer Network: Design and implement strategies to build a sustainable network of volunteers to support population health initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with community partners to establish and maintain a strong volunteer network for health promotion activities.
  • Volunteer Recruitment and Management: Lead a team in recruiting, managing, and deploying volunteers effectively to appropriate health-related programs and initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Create training materials and conduct training sessions to equip volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Programme Innovation: Design and implement new volunteer programs aimed at enhancing health promotion and supporting community care efforts.
  • Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks as required to support the success of the volunteer and health promotion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in volunteer management, preferable within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent planning, project management and organisational capabilities.

Concrètement votre quotidien ?

En tant que V.I.E Business Development Analyst, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Soutenir la création et l'exécution d'initiatives commerciales en Asie du Sud-Est :

  2. effectuer des recherches sur l'industrie et des analyses par les pairs.

  3. effectuer des recherches et des analyses d'informations sur les institutions financières.
  4. soutenir la préparation de documents.
  5. soutenir la surveillance et le suivi.

2. Soutenir la production des supports de présentation pour le Chef de Territoire : 

  • soutenir la préparation des supports pour les reportings, les plans stratégiques, les mémos clients, etc.
  • améliorer l'efficacité des processus.
  • travailler avec les secteurs d'activité concernés.

Au sein de l'équipe de gestion du territoire Asie du Sud-Est, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du développement commercial SEA pour mener des initiatives stratégiques dans la région, mettre en œuvre la gouvernance et soutenir le responsable du territoire SEA dans son engagement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Fundraising Manager to help us build a sustainable pipeline of donors, partners, and sponsors. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Partnerships, you will play a key role in developing and executing fundraising strategies to grow our impact and ensure long-term financial sustainability. This is a leadership role within a small but growing team, offering opportunities to shape how we engage stakeholders and secure meaningful support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and foundations/grants.
  • Set and monitor annual fundraising targets in collaboration with the Board, CEO, Director and Finance team.
  • Work with Services teams to identify funding needs and align fundraising with organisational priorities.

Donor & Partner Engagement

  • Cultivate and steward relationships with key donors, sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
  • Create meaningful donor experiences, including giving campaigns, engagement events, and reporting touchpoints.
  • Develop targeted stories and content tailored to specific donor segments, such as major givers, corporate partners, or faith-based supporters.
  • Oversee donor database management, tracking giving history and engagement.

Proposal & Grant Development

  • Research and identify grant opportunities and prepare high-quality applications and reports.
  • Support frontline fundraisers with compelling proposal content, data, and impact narratives.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Communications team to produce fundraising content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Services, Finance, and Operations teams for budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

Data & Insights

  • Track KPIs and provide timely fundraising performance reports.
  • Use data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and refine messaging.

Requirements:

  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, sales or partnerships (nonprofit or commercial sectors welcome).
  • Proven track record of securing gifts, sponsorships, or funding partnerships.
  • Experience in donor stewardship and communications, with strong storytelling skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute and lead projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for building trust.
  • Organised, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation.
  • Passionate about making a difference through social impact work.
  • Familiar with the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
