**Your day at NTT DATA**

- Prior experience within sales and marketing transformation (including processes, technologies and capability)
- Proven team and client leadership and coaching experience

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Architect to partner with our customers on their business transformation journeys. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients design future‐ready operating models, adopt digital‐first strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Principal Architect combines strategic consulting, enterprise architecture leadership, and customer engagement to ensure transformation initiatives move from vision to successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with client executives to define transformation strategies aligned to their business goals.
Lead the design of target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
Advise on digital enablement opportunities, including data, automation, and AI, to accelerate customer outcomes.
Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored solutions and recommendations.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design‐thinking engagements with client stakeholders.
Deliver clear, actionable strategies that balance innovation with practical execution.
Provide architectural leadership across customer engagements to ensure scalable, secure, and value‐driven solutions.
Guide customer teams and delivery partners to align with transformation objectives.
Maintain accountability for architectural integrity across multiple customer programs.
Value Realization & Relationship Building
Define success metrics and help customers measure the impact of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience : 10 to 12+ years in consulting, business transformation, or enterprise architecture roles; extensive customer‐facing experience engaging with C‐level stakeholders; proven record of leading large‐scale transformation programs for external clients.
Expertise : Strong knowledge of business strategy, transformation frameworks, and operating model design; familiarity with digital enablers such as cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, and automation; experience in governance, risk, compliance, and outcome measurement for customer programs.
Soft Skills : Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills; strong client engagement, relationship management, and influencing abilities; ability to balance strategic vision with actionable, customer‐focused delivery.
