As a member of the CFD Market Making Team, you will report to the Trading Manager and be responsible for market making, algorithmic and proprietary trading activities. You are required to ensure that the company's risk exposures are properly hedged and in compliance with regulatory and company policies. You will work with traders to optimise and develop quantitative hedging strategies, build signal generation and back-testing framework across different asset classes. In addition, you will assist the team in providing a comprehensive suite of quality and innovative CFD services for the investors, sales force and corporate partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of risk and hedging concepts
- Possess MS Excel and VBA skills
- Knowledge in IT programming (Python, C++) is an advantage
- Working experience in securities and futures dealing is an advantage
- Certifications in CMFAS M1a, M5 & M6 and M6a is an advantage

● Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering.
● Need to carry out Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling and Computational Evacuation modelling including execution of the simulations in the workstations located in the office. Familiarity in software's such as Fire Dynamics Simulation (FDS), Pyrosim, Pathfinder and Ansys Fluent would be required for this role.
● Able to read architectural and building services drawings and be able to import the drawings into the CFD or evacuation software's.
● Able to closely monitor the simulations, extract and analyse the 3D simulation results. Monitoring the simulations on-site and off-site using TEAMVIEWER would be required.
● Must have basic knowledge on how to trouble-shoot problems / correct errors associated with the 3D models and simulations.
● Able to propose solutions to solve the problems arising from the results of the simulations.
● Able to prepare CFD and evacuation reports. As such, familiarity using Microsoft Office (e.g. WORDS, POWERPOINT & EXCEL) is required.

Role Overview
As a Cleanroom CFD Design Intern, you will work closely with our engineering team to perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations for semiconductor cleanrooms. The role provides hands-on exposure to cleanroom design, airflow modelling, and energy optimization in mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up CFD models for airflow, temperature, and particle distribution in cleanrooms.
- Support design studies for cleanroom ceiling coverage, FFU distribution, and pressurization (+25 Pa control).
- Conduct simulation runs using Autodesk CFD.
- Prepare technical reports on airflow velocity, ACH (Air Change per Hour), and temperature mapping.
- Support senior engineers in evaluating design options (e.g., FFU vs AHU distribution, plenum pressurization).
- Participate in design reviews, site visits, and client discussions where applicable.
- Assist with ISO 14644 validation requirements (air change, heat load balance, dew point, etc.).
