We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves systematically identifying and profiling high-potential leads who are likely to become active CFD traders.
This process includes research, data filtering, and tactical social engagement across multiple platforms: Platform-Specific Research & Prospecting (like LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu, X, Telegram and Discord).
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying qualified prospects across social platforms, initiating and nurturing conversations with potential leads via DMs, comments, and thought-leadership engagement.
Additionally, the candidate will qualify leads based on trading experience, interest level, and deposit capacity, maintain and update CRM with lead activity, notes, and pipeline stages, collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to hand off warm leads for onboarding, and stay informed on CFD/FX trends and competitors to identify new angles and hooks for outreach.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1–3 years' experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (experience in the CFD/FX/Fintech space is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English and Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written); IS A MUST.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and X as social selling tools (experience with Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Taplio, or similar is a bonus).
- Understanding of the financial trading ecosystem, including retail traders, platforms, leverage, and common instruments (indices, forex, commodities, crypto).
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tool experience (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel tracking)

- Perform daily reconciliations to balance our cash and positions against prime brokers.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Above 5 years of working experience in Financial Markets Operations, preferably in OTC Derivatives.
- A dynamic and spontaneous individual who is passionate about Trading lifecycle-operational support.
- Strong project management skills
- Meticulous and with good organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and display strong initiative and resourceful
