This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries Catering and the execution of the events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to schedule of delivery orders
Coordinate with sales person on customer's order before delivery
Proper loading / unloading of catering equipment into delivery vehicle
Delivery and collection to island wide catering places
Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement
Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events etc.
Inventory control for catering equipment used for upon collection of order
Maintaining cleanliness and provide basic service for assigned delivery vehicle
Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
Ability to work independently and in a team
Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Must possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills

- Execute deliveries, set up and tear down of catering set ups in timely and organised manner
- Plan and coordinate operational needs between HQ and retail outlets (e.g. Restaurant, Outlets, Pop-up stores, etc)
- Coordinating with various departments for effective operations and efficiencies
- Work with External vendors to achieve best results
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment used (vehicles, etc)
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirements
- Ability to think fast to plan and coordinate with colleagues
- IT skillset (MS Office, ERP, etc)
- Possess Class 3 License.
- Self-Motivated, Team Player yet Independent
- Attention to details and open to new ideas and concepts.
- Physically fit to carry heavy loads where necessary, able-bodied and with good attitude
- Training will be provided
