Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Supports the planning and execution of catering services for hospital events by coordinating logistics, preparing setups, and ensuring operational requirements are met. Handles the safe transport of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies between the kitchen and event venues.

SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and preparation of catering services for hospital events, functions, and special occasions, ensuring all logistical and operational requirements are met.

• Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of food, beverages, tableware, equipment, and other catering supplies between the kitchen and event venues.

• Set up dining areas, service stations, and buffet lines in accordance with event layouts and client specifications.

• Assist in the smooth execution of catering services, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and timeliness.

• Assist in clearing, packing, and returning all catering equipment and materials to designated storage areas. Ensure all areas used for catering are left clean and in good condition.

• Flexibly deployed across different service sections (if necessary), supporting various operational roles to ensure seamless service delivery to client.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality operations preferred

• Experience working in a healthcare or institutional environment is a plus.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
