As a Case Worker under our Residential Programme, your Impact and Contribution includes:
Plan and manage casework for clients
Act as the key liaison person for adults and families
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments in different settings
- Develop individualised client plans for residential services
Maintain proper records of cases and monitor client progress
Provide intervention services for clients in multiple settings
Support clients on the autism spectrum through basic counselling or mentoring
Implement programmes and activities to promote independence and quality of life
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with residential coaches to track and drive progress of clients
- Collaborate with community resources to provide support for client and family
Diploma or Degree in Social Work / Psychology / Counselling
At least 1 to 2 years of casework and counselling experience
- Good interpersonal and relational skills
- Comfortable to work under ambiguity
- Passion to work with individuals on the autism spectrum
