The incumbent will carry out case management work and apply intervention strategies appropriately, under the guidance of the supervisor, to resolve presenting issues and improve the well-being of clients. He/ she will also be involved in the centre's community outreach and public education initiatives as well as support the centre's volunteer management initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides a person-centered case management services to vulnerable individuals living in the community which includes holistic intake assessment, individualized care plans, home visit, basic counselling, care coordination and monitoring, service linkage, and other clinical best practices relevant to promoting clients' wellbeing.

The Registry is responsible for the management and disposal of cases, including processing, storing, retrieving of court documents and fixing hearings for matters which commenced in the Supreme Court.
What you will be working on
You will be expected to:
· manage cases filed in the General Division of the High Court, Civil Section through analysing, reviewing, monitoring and processing documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies;
· draft case summaries, reports, notices and general correspondence and liaise with lawyers, self-represented persons and other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases;
· Compile, organise and maintain accurate up-to-date case information and statistics on caseload and disposal using the operational systems;
· review and streamline existing operational processes to improve quality and productivity to meet the key performance indicators of the Section and the Registry;
· participate as a team member and be involved in projects which affect the operations of the Registry; and
· perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
