What You'll Do:

Assess Needs, Deliver Help

  • Conduct interviews and evaluate clients' financial circumstances
  • Review documents (e.g. income, medical bills, household expenses) to assess eligibility
  • Process and disburse financial assistance promptly
  • Communicate terms of aid clearly and manage expectations with empathy

Coordinate Care with Heart

  • Work closely with social workers and internal teams such as Psychosocial Services, Cancer Rehab, and Care Support
  • Refer clients to appropriate external agencies (e.g. SSO, community organisations)
  • Monitor clients' well-being and progress through regular follow-ups

Build Meaningful Connections

  • Liaise with referral partners, funders, and community agencies

Job Summary
To provide support to rehabilitation counsellors in case management services for members undergoing psychiatric rehabilitation for recovery and re-integration into the community, and to provide support to members in their recovery.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Provide case management support for residential / day members.
2. Co-ordinate Medifund applications for clients and attend Medifund Meetings.
3. Handle the Household Means Testing (HHMT) and Financial Assistance Declarations (FADF) of members, applying for new applications and renewals.
4. Liaise with external agencies for referrals made by the Centre for

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Meticulous and experienced in data handling (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in operations or social service admin support preferred.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Positive working attitude with initiative.

Job Description

Job Overview:

  • The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing expert assistance with new business sales, policy services, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales consultants to generate highlights, quotes, and insurer’s illustrations for meetings.
  • Ensure seamless support for sales consultants through the entire sales process, from pre-case submission to policy inception.
  • Coordinate pre-case submission tasks efficiently, including medical bookings, internal KYC documentation, and insurer’s application forms.
  • Handle new business case submissions to different insurers and work collaboratively with sales consultants to ensure smooth policy implementation.
  • Manage monthly bank reports to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned within the Sales Operations Department as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2-3 years of case management experience, preferably with HNW clients in the insurance broking or insurance industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting requirements to submit cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with associates who only speak Mandarin.
