Key Features of MCLT:

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Management: Responsible for running the end-to-end process for early careers hiring in close collaboration with hiring managers, business leaders and other local PC&C teams. Maintains and owns the full recruitment lifecycle and operating model for early career recruitment, ensuring efficiency and compliance, quality hiring decisions, standard process, an exceptional candidate and business experience, and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

Universities & External Partners: Cultivate strong strategic partnerships with a specific set of local universities/external partners in their market to position bp as an employer of choice. Understanding of university landscape/course content relative to their subject area alignment, identifying, engaging and partnering with institutions that deliver on bp future skills and DE&I needs, and employs partnerships to address skills shortages. Essential Job Experience and Requirements

Project Management: Lead multiple high volume recruitment pipelines simultaneously, while ensuring timely delivery of high calibre and diverse hires.

Relationship/Partner Management: Strong partner management skills, with validated ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners. Lead, engage and educate internal partners and hiring managers on early careers recruitment strategies and standard process.

Validated experience of planning, developing and delivering end-to-end high volume early careers campaigns across multiple channels, employing effective solutions to build early engagement talent pipelines.

Experience of early careers engagement and recruiting standard process at a regional level - including knowledge of early careers specific market windows, competitor landscape and academic structures.

Experienced in early engagement programmes - has validated experience in designing and delivering early engagement programmes for early careers hiring, with validated and measurable outcomes that impact final hiring results.

Data-Driven Decision Making/Analytical Thinking: Validated experience using early careers recruitment metrics / insights, both internal & external, to identify talent and implement attraction/engagement strategies to build pipelines to support hiring outcomes e.g. sourcing strategies and early careers candidate targeting at course/intuitional/geographic level

Validated ability to multi-task across challenging early careers recruiting tasks at volume and with pace e.g. screening and interviewing, interview day / assessment centre planning and facilitation partner management, early engagement recruitment / pipelining, on/off-site attraction & engagement event delivery.

For new graduates, or individuals with 1-3 years of working experience, there is a structured development programme on the PSLP General Phase (GP) that exposes you to key job roles in the Public Service across roles in policy, operations, stakeholder management. You will also experience work in at least 2 sectors to support your longer-term career preferences and aspirations.
For individuals with more extensive working experience, please refer to the Mid-Career Leadership Track (MCLT).

Mid-Career Leadership Track (MCLT)
The Public Service values the experiences of mid-career entrants outside of the Public Service and is interested to groom talents with the heart to serve. The Public Service will be introducing the “Mid-Career Leaders Track” - a central gateway for mid-career entrants with the potential and aspiration to serve in Public Service leadership.
Key Features Of MCLT
Central gateway for mid-career entrants to apply for Leadership Programmes in the Public Service
Candidates may be considered for the PSLP Sectoral Phase (SP) or the Administrative Service (AS), where they would be supported in deepening their competencies either within a sector (PSLP SP) or across 2-3 sectors (AS).
Candidates can apply without needing to choose to join the AS/PSLP or any specific government agencies. Successful candidates will be placed onto the appropriate leadership programme, where their past work experiences will be taken into account when curating relevant postings / developmental opportunities, based on the assessed calibre, readiness and seniority.
The AS aims to develop multi-sectoral leaders with whole-of-government perspectives and capabilities, to formulate and implement policies that will improve the lives of Singaporeans. The career path of the AS can be found here.
The PSLP aims to develop sectoral leaders for key leadership positions within the Public Service. There are 2 phases in this talent development programme. You will go through structured rotations during the General Phase to explore and gain experience in at least two different sectors of the Public Service, while at the Sectoral Phase, you will focus your development within a sector, building deeper competencies and networks. Structured job placement and onboarding support to support mid-career officers’ transition to the Public Service
For their first one or two postings, officers on the MCLT will select from a list of curated jobs that provide developmental exposure while having adjacencies to their previous work experience. This allows officers to leverage their expertise and experiences in making substantive contributions, while supporting their learning and transition into the Public Service.

Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and failures.
