Job scopes:
· Assist clients with personal care, toileting, hygiene, and handwashing.
· Support clients' independence and participation in daily routines and activities.
· Help with meal preparation and feeding, including cutting food and monitoring intake.
· Accompany clients during transport, ensuring safe boarding and alighting.
· Provide mobility support and ensure client safety within the center.
