- Handle all enquiries for corporate and long-term vehicle leases via various channels (telephone, email, etc.).
- Perform cold calls and follow up on leads to drive new sales and business opportunities.
Conduct market competition analysis and assist in developing sales plans and strategies to boost rental revenue. - Focus on market expansion and acquisition of new customers by implementing a structured business development plan and identifying high-value market segments.
- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to oversee vehicle preparation, delivery, movements, breakdowns, and maintenance issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for corporate and long-term clients, ensuring excellent follow-up and customer service for all lease and vehicle-related matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals. Build a network of referral partners and represent the company at industry events.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle rental utilization reports to management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in vehicle leasing, car rental, or related sales/service roles. Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply. Remuneration will be aligned with the individual's experience and demonstrated strengths
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
