Roles and Responsibility:
Oversee daily sales and operational activities of the team, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the organizational goals.
Manage and monitor sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective conversion into sales.
Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members to foster professional growth and performance.
Monitor individual and team performance, addressing gaps through coaching and corrective actions as needed.
Act as the primary point of escalation for any team-related challenges, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
Serve as the liaison between the team and other departments or management, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
Facilitate open communication within the team to address concerns, provide clarity, and encourage teamwork.
Provide regular updates to management on team performance, sales progress, and any potential risk or challenges.
Share actionable insight and recommendations to drive improvements in team operation and outcomes.
Identify and resolve operational, technical, or interpersonal issues affecting the team's performance.
Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, recruitment and other adhoc projects
