We are currently looking for Associates to join our global Equity and Debt Markets "EDM" practice groups in Singapore.
The EDM group is part of the firm's global Capital Markets practice, which has a leading market position and a privileged client base comprising of most of the major investment banks whom we advise in their lead manager capacity and big-name issuer clients.
We act for both issuers and managers on Capital Markets transactions which is a huge strength of ours, as Associates see both sides of a transaction. In addition, we also have a trustee department advising trustees on debt deals, as well as an established liability management practice.
