Technical Leadership – Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture decisions; evaluate technical feasibility of proposed features and provide alternatives when needed; balance technical debt with new feature development; guide technical decision-making while considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.

What We Are Looking For
Strong background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of business analyst experience in software development projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment and Cloud platform.
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Possess business case and user-stories development skills.
Strong communication skills, ability to articulate technology concepts, and participate in discussions on requirements with stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to partner and work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders in development as well as problem solving.
Good knowledge of web, mobile and cloud technologies, and their impact and feasibility on design solutions.
