We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality structural shop drawings that meet project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Produce structural shop drawings to meet project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare detailed design documents, including concept designs and architectural details.
• Check and verify design drawings to ensure conformance to specifications and design data.
• Undertake ad-hoc drafting tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in CAD design and drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Description

• Prepare Tender Drawings, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, As-Built Drawings, etc.
• Prepare Drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
• Attend BIM Coordination Meeting
• Support Project Team in managing RFI and making presentation using BIM-Model.
• To monitor, update drawing submission status including compilation and discuss with Project Team.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting Manager

Job Requirements

• Certificate in Autodesk Autocad and Autodesk Revit MEP Advanced Module
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in M&E using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction Industry
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environmen

• Coordinate design and C&S/technical engineering services for building construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with consultants on service scopes, design, and project deliverables to optimize site efficiency and constructability.
• Ensure designs strictly comply with contractual requirements throughout the project.
