Job Description:
Job SummaryThis position supports cross-functional sourcing teams and provides analytical support for process improvement and commodity-related initiatives. He/She conducts data collection, analysis/reporting, supplier qualification, and measurement efforts for a specific commodity or commodities. This position assists in writing and distributing Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information. He/She prepares forecasts and analyzes economic trends. This position assists with negotiations to ensure final agreements are reached, as well as maintains a suite of applications to manage contracts, performance, and sourcing. He/She conducts data collection and analysis for specific commodities to control costs.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of category implementation plans.
- Develops complex spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations using e-procurement tools.
- Performs economic research and prepares analyses (e.g., negotiable spend, supplier financial analysis, Total Cost of Ownership, financial models, etc.) to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate supplier reliability.
- Conducts post-implementation analysis to identify problems.
- Supports and enforces policies, Sarbanes-Oxley, Supplier Diversity policy, and all other audit and regulated procurement requirements to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Experience with vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
- Experience using a research problem to guide relevant data gathering and benchmarking - Preferred

Part of a Tech-for-tech team to automate internal manual processes.
Assist Business users, Product Owners, Tribe Coaches and internal teams including but not limited to Bank's Technology Team. Project Governance, Process Assurance, Resource Management and Compliance and Risk teams to provide requirement on automating all the agile delivery reporting / problem management /release planning/ Software Development Methology, Process and Project Management reports for bank's Technology Team's Dashboard development.
1. Requirements Analysis & Report preparation
· Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specification from Business users / Product Owners and Tribe Coaches
· Analyze and document the "to-be" business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements, perform impact assessment and effort estimation
· Monitor and escalate issues related to requirements and scope-creep to project managers & team leads
· Keep track of projects and workstreams' key deliverables & deadlines
· Identify areas for improvement in various internal workflow, and help to streamline current processes and automation
2. Team Collaboration
· Participate in user story grooming and transitioning requirement to the developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
· Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios
· Participate in daily scrum with development team to clarify queries and resolve blockers related to requirements and scope
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to agile reporting, problem management, release planning, project governance and process assurance, and resource onboarding features and processes
3. Testing Management
· Defect Triarch - Clarify test findings escalated by test team and classify the findings either as valid defect, data issue or change request
4. Project Management
· Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline, budget and deliverables
· Prepare daily status for multiple internal and outsourced projects
Requirements:
· At least 5-6 year experience in system analysis / business analysis or testing.
· 3-4 year experience in Agile scrum processes will be advantage
· Knowledge with IT projects life cycle in banking environment
· At lease basic product knowledge on Digital banking and related technology
· Good communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (Technical / Business users / Testing team)
· Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint preferred
· Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) will be advantage
· Able to work under stress and fast-pace environment
