The Business Implementation Director will effectively lead all business implementation activities, ensuring processes, data, and information are established and streamlined for successful deployment of various new business initiatives. The primary objective is to institutionalize knowledge related to tropical oils across the supply chain, operations, agronomics, and trading intelligence. This involves systematically capturing, storing, and analyzing insights generated by our operations to create value for both the business and the broader Cargill organization.
This position will partner with various functions and stakeholders, especially Digital, Technology & Data (DT&D), Process Excellence, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, and Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC), and also play a key linking role in enabling our business infrastructure, leading the ERP project execution in tropical oils.
This position will lead all critical path activities such as Planning, Scoping, and Execution across multiple projects and locations. Key elements of Business Implementation include: Change Management, Coaching & Development, Leadership Alignment, Process Governance, Organizational Preparedness, Data Readiness, and Technology.
Key Accountabilities- Design, build, and operate a data war room for the tropical oils business (Palm & Copra). The driver of change to accelerate data maturity and make recommendations to the business on the best store within Cargill systems.
- Work in cooperation and partnership with DT&D, FP&A, Digital Labs, and CASC Digital team to identify, leverage, and rapidly implement data analytics capabilities across the business.
- Lead data project management to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve expected results. Ensure organizational readiness is effective for the project.
- Coaching, Development & Change Management, oversee capability building of the business project or change leads, including setting up a local Change Agent Network as appropriate.
- Manage implementation of organizational and business readiness tools/approach.
- Proven ability to capture business requirements from key stakeholders and to embrace and drive change in the organization.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans across the program to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare and drive the business to change both how work gets done and what talent is needed to sustain the change.
- Lead the project review process by providing stakeholders with relevant information to evaluate progress, agree on change, and coordinate the deployment of project resources to ensure effective utilization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Delivered Project Management experience, well knowledge and practical especially in finance, supply chain, commercial, and purchasing modules of SAP
- Change management experience
- ERP Deployment experience (especially SAP)
- Willing to be based in CTO location
- Willing to travel across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines
- Minimum of 6 years of strong project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak Bahasa/Melayu, as most business locations are in Indonesia
- Proven results in medium or large-scale initiatives
- Experience leading enterprise resource planning deployment projects
