**1. Demand Planning and S&OP Process:**
+ Manage the Regions demand plans over the planning horizon driving corrective actions, and reconciliation with the Regional Demand Planning, Financials and Commercial teams.
+ Owner of the Regional forecasting tool including all data inputs per the update cycles

**2. Supply & Inventory Management:**

**3. Product Life Cycle Management including the changes impacts regulation:**
+ Accountable for the Business Unit product portfolio, new product launches, CCR changes impacting on markets and end of life activities.
+ Accountable for systems being aligned during launch, impacting on markets and discontinuation processes.
+ Reduce risk by communicating clearly with Commercial teams by identifying deviations from launch or discontinuation plans.
+ Accountable for any changes which impacts inventory requirements. E.g., pack design change which needs stock build up for existing version of stock before the registration completion for Taiwan.
**4. Others:**
+ Ensure building appropriate team structure aligning with strategic direction.
+ Owns the annual budget development and delivery to that annual distribution budget.
+ Support GEM/GSC projects and markets on a need basis.
+ Ensure team members are engaged and appropriately trained to meet set standards and receive targeted coaching and development as required, maintaining a focus on achieving positive customer and patient outcomes.
**To be successful in this role you will have:**
+ Min 15 years experience across critical Supply Chain areas (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Execution, Logistics, Inventory Management)
+ Min 5 years in planning functions (Demand planning, S&OP) and leading team across multiple locations.
+ Certification with CPIM or CSCP (APICS Certification highly preferred)
+ Experience managing a customer service team, including implementation and measurement of customer experience initiatives.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead others with empathy, encouragement and sufficient challenge / stretch.
+ Experience managing 3rd party providers, ensuring consistent delivery to agreed standards and maximising value outcomes.

- Build and maintain effective financial models to assess and develop business cases to support potential commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Review submissions to the Commercial Investment Committee.
- Prepare and lead Commercial submissions to the Group Investment and Capital Committees
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- A deep-seated curiosity and willingness to learn about the business and partner with stakeholders across Commercial and Product Groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 10 years+ business analysis and commercial experience in natural resources/manufacturing/other process-driven industries.
- Energetic and driven, and able to work under pressure and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated skills and/or experience in:
- Financial evaluations to support investment decisions.
- Financial modelling with a strong understanding of valuation concepts (e.g., NPV, IRR).
- Critical thinking and reasoning.
- Dealing with ambiguous and constantly changing situations.
- Working in a global business across different geographies and with a variety of teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to structure and present complex ideas and information in a simple, articulate, balanced, and persuasive way.
- Commercial negotiations experience and knowledge of commercial and business planning systems.
