The Junior Finance Executive will be responsible for performing daily finance operations, including customers invoicing and collections, vendors payment, and staff claims/reimbursements. They will also be responsible for recording finance transactions in the accounting system and other financial tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform daily finance operations relating to customers invoicing and collections/vendors and payment, processing of staff claims/reimbursements, follow up on outstanding receivables/payables.
- Record finance transactions completely, accurately and timely in the accounting system and other financial tools.
- Keep and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting financial schedules, and tax computation schedules.
- Support monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, etc.).
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
