About the Role:

The Business Development Representative role at Hand Global is an entry-level position within our sales organization that will give you the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology. Your Mission

As an Outbound BDR, your mission is to open doors with target accounts, create meaningful first conversations, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. You’ll combine research, creativity, and persistence to engage prospects, uncover their needs, and position our solutions as a fit, fueling pipeline growth and driving revenue success.

In This Role, You Will Also

  • Take primary ownership of our named account strategy and communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc.) and key decision makers
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and deliver presentations
  • Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives as well as maintain strong relationships with the prospect through the entire sales process
  • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions and make recommendations when speaking to customers/prospects
  • Work collaboratively with other OneTrust employees across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded when possible

Your Experience Includes

  • At least 1-3 years of sales full time experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications) or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals and reviewing own work for thoroughness, quality and accuracy

Extra Awesome

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred.
  • Previous cold call experience.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay.

About the Role

Location: Singapore

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective Cloudflare accounts, conducting outreach to the appropriate contacts within each account, sourcing meetings, and running discovery calls using sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT and CHIIP).

You will be paired with Mid-Market Account Executives who will work to close opportunities that you source for them. You will also work with a variety of cross functional teams including product marketing, field marketing and sales enablement.

While there are activity benchmarks that lead to successful BDRs, this is an autonomous role that gives you the opportunity to be creative and proactive with your outbounding strategies. You will not be expected to have a thorough understanding of Cloudflare products at the outset, but we do expect you to have a strong interest in our industry and product line. You will be responsible for identifying product-fits across a variety of companies so having a passion for Cloudflare is important.

  • Own and meet target quota related to number of qualified opportunities, value of sales pipeline, and revenue

A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We’re going to 10x our business in 2025, and are building a world class sales org to help us get there. Our SDRs are responsible to deliver a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for our Account Executives to close. We don’t ask hunters to close, or vice versa. This is a hunter role, and the suitable candidate is familiar with sales tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Leadscope, and SalesLoft to help get the job done. As a BDR, you’ll be reporting to the Global Sales Director or team manager, while working closely with your peers, AEs, and cross functional stakeholders. Process, efficiency, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role. What you'll do:

Proactively build pipeline for our sales reps to close.

Consistently deliver on SQL targets by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities, within your target geos and ideal customer profiles.

Leverage our tech stack (ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce) to reach prospects.

Deliver a minimum of 100 sequenced emails and 50 direct contacts per day.

Help to recruit top talent through interviews, panels, and onboarding.

Act as a brand evangelist, promoting Multiplier at relevant industry events on behalf of the greater business.

A Business Development Representative is a great way to kick start your sales career in a supportive, dynamic and fun sales team environment. The goal of the Business Development Representative is to work closely with both Marketing and Sales to drive demand for Cendyn products across the globe. You’ll be on the phone, sending emails, working with different technology platforms and getting creative with different ways to engage with people all day, every day, so having a passion for sales and regular human interaction is a must. You’ll be working closely with your fellow teammates and other departments allowing you to quickly build relationships and enhance your engagement skills.

Working Hours

  • 3 days per week standard Singapore hours
  • 2 days per week flexible hours to allow for global team meetings

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Marketing to manage all inbound sales inquiries
  • Conduct outbound email and phone activities to build your sales pipeline
  • Support our global sales organization to drive demand for Cendyn products across the globe
  • Work towards achieving sales development targets with the goal to drive interest in all Cendyn products
  • Educate customers and prospects and inform them of opportunities about Cendyn’s products and services
  • Learn and use sales processes to maintain your sales standards at the highest level
  • Continue to grow knowledge of our software products and target markets

Ideal Characteristics

  • Someone with a real passion for sales
  • Strong phone skills are vital
  • Strong communications skills – able to write and converse in English fluently
  • Ideally 1+ years’ experience in sales or sales development
  • Someone with a love for regular human interaction

Role Overview

The Business Development team at F5 is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs, and setting the direction and policies for sales activities and managing the execution of these plans.

The Digital Sales job family at F5 is responsible for qualifying sales leads via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts. Generates prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Partners with digital sales account managers to hand off qualified leads. Leads can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Focuses on acquiring new customers. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.

Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-development activities.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically Execute Outbound Prospecting Activities. Use cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn to generate quality leads and secure meetings with decision-makers

  • Analyze Data to Drive Continuous Improvement . Analyze prospecting metrics and sales data to spot trends, improve strategies, and enhance lead generation efforts
  • Build Key Connections . Identify and introduce new stakeholders within target accounts to Account Managers to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.
  • Utilize Prospecting Tools . Maximize tools like Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with effective outbound techniques, to schedule high-impact meetings.
  • Collaborate Across Teams . Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to support new programs, campaigns, and offerings tailored to the Singapore and Philippines markets.
