In this Role, you’ll get to
* Define the overall regional marketing strategy and be accountable for tracking the overall business performance in the assigned region.
* Work closely with internal business development and business operations teams to identify and source potential travel products and external partnership opportunities for the Singapore Destination market or promotional channels in question.
* Work closely with the business operations team to understand the current product portfolio and daily market conditions. Track campaign schedule and coordinate product sourcing efforts and submission deadlines.
* Review key partners/attractions' policies, track and optimise their sales on Trip.com through business negotiation and customisation of their marketing plans and ad commercialisation strategies.
* Understand marketing tools and resources available on Trip.com/Ctrip (both internal and external channels) and work closely with internal stakeholders across various locales to optimise exposure for Singapore Destination products.
* Coordinate efforts across Innovation & Marketing Centre, IBU, BD, and Site Ops for internal and external campaigns and projects advancement, and/or other operational-related tasks.
What you'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Good understanding of the online travel agencies (OTAs) and business models in the Singapore travel industry.
* Good understanding of marketing channels across key locales.
* Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or the travel industry.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

In this Role, you’ll get to
- Define the overall regional marketing strategy and be accountable for tracking the overall business performance in the assigned region.
- Work closely with internal business development and business operations teams to identify and source potential travel products and external partnership opportunities for the Singapore Destination market or promotional channels in question.
- Work closely with the business operations team to understand the current product portfolio and daily market conditions. Track campaign schedule and coordinate product sourcing efforts and submission deadlines.
- Review key partners/attractions' policies, track and optimise their sales on Trip.com through business negotiation and customisation of their marketing plans and ad commercialisation strategies.
- Understand marketing tools and resources available on Trip.com/Ctrip (both internal and external channels) and work closely with internal stakeholders across various locales to optimise exposure for Singapore Destination products.
