- Manage in-house MEP design works, including basic design, detailed design, shop drawing and BIM coordination.

- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Building Service M&E background
- Min 8 years of relevant Singapore-based working experience in building construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
