**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Building Technician to join our team. As a Building Technician, you will be responsible for handling and managing condominiums, troubleshooting and repairing building works and M & E works, and supervising term contractors in repair and testing of M & E services.

• In Charge of Building Services, System Operation and maintenance on-site
• Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/ preventive maintenance program
• Liaising with OEM / system contractor for all Building Services / Civil works.
• Improving the efficiency on the operational processes, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
• To provide excellent service to client expectations.
• To achieve effective, economic and safe operations of all Building Services' equipment and system by the team of technical officers and technicians
• Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved.
• Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
• To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to team of Technical Officers and/or Technicians
• Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, Property Management or Building related disciplines.
• Experience in building finishing works.
• Familiar with procedures for statutory submissions such as FSSD, M&E RI, Architectural RI, 5 Yearly Structural Inspections.
• Experience in supervision and project management of A&A works.
• General knowledge of M&E building services.
• Able to guide and troubleshoot Building Services / Civil faults.
• Preferrably 3-5 Years of hands-on experience in Building Trade.
• Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary is preferrred.
• Able to communicate & write in English
• A good team leader.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour

Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing building equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service.

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure building equipment is running smoothly
• Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance role

The role of a Resident Technical Officer is to serve as the client’s representative on construction sites. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

• Representing Clients : The Resident Technical Officer acts as the point of contact for clients throughout the construction process. They must be able to interpret project details and drawings, ensuring that all work meets the client’s specifications.
• Quality Control : This position involves inspecting materials and workmanship to ensure that they meet quality standards. Regular tests are performed to verify the quality of materials used in the project.
• Progress Reporting : The Resident Technical Officer prepares regular progress reports for their clients, keeping them informed about the status of their projects.

• Diploma or Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Workplace Safety and Health Management Certification in the Construction Industry (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Preferred Qualifications: Registration as a Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES is desirable.

• Familiar with code of practice and standards in Singapore
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred & in other related design software/applications.
