• Review findings from internal and authority-led inspections, and formulate improvement plans accordingly.

• Plan and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures for all employees.
Requirements
• Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil) with the PE Board (with a valid PE Practising Certificate).
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural) or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of EHS experience in the construction field, with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity for building projects.
• Strong all-rounded knowledge in EHS management (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001), EHS regulations, and planning capabilities to support construction progress and operations in Singapore.

Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Support tendering by preparing/evaluating documents, reviewing bids, and negotiating contracts.
Implement cost control measures, track variations, and mitigate financial risks.
Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements
