The Building Maintenance Specialist I is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency across facilities.
This position is part of the Pall Singapore Facilities & Production Equipment Team and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction, safety, and maintenance of building infrastructure and manufacturing/production equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and equipment assessments to identify necessary repairs, replacements, or capital improvements.
- Implement predictive, preventive, and continuous improvement maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Experience in mechanical systems, including machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to manage space planning and modifications, including design standards, allocations, and expansions.
