What You Will Do:

• Provide support to the Company’s business in Singapore and overseas offices in the areas of international trademark filing, trademark portfolio management, copyright maintenance, and IP-related consultancy.
• Manage international trademark application, including conducting trademark clearance, communicating regularly with internal clients and overseas developers to provide the best practices for trademark filing strategies, and supervising the application, office actions, oppositions on an international basis.
• Be responsible for international trademark portfolio management, including file management and optimization, supervising trademark monitoring, oppositions and cancellations, and providing services for internal request for trademark certificates.

• Trademark Executive

This role involves managing client trademark portfolios, filing and maintaining applications, coordinating Asian filings, advising on strategies and costs, reviewing Examination reports, drafting responses to Office Actions, and conducting trademark searches.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain client trademark portfolios, ensuring timely and effective filing and prosecution of trademark applications.
2. Filing and prosecuting trademark applications up to grant, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Coordinate trademark filings in Asian countries, including Singapore, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, etc., ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
