Our client, a leading FinTech Group, is looking for a Java / Blockchain developer to support their global cross-border payment, digital payment, and digital banking expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, real-time, high throughput, and secure cross-border payment solutions using Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for payment/ digital banking applications.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and stability of the financial systems.
• Optimize and enhance existing payment and banking solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in TypeScript and Redux, with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, and front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Unity, Golang, and Rust is highly regarded but not essential.

• Experience in Blockchain QA
• Experience with App and API testing is a plus and automated test techniques with a strong focus on quality throughout the entire software development cycle
• Experience in working with different frameworks like TestNG, Appium, Selenium, Cucumber etc
• Strong in at least one programming language like Python(MUST), Javascript(preferred), Rust, Golang, Java
• Understanding of software design principles, patterns, algorithms, data structures and multi-threading concepts
• Proven ability to translate functional requirements and use cases into working test plans and test cases
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Some knowledge of continuous integration practices, preferably using Github
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred. Ability to work across Windows, Linux is a plus
• Passion for improving code quality through interaction with development team
